- The FLEXIBLE RATE provides for the possibility to cancel or modify the reservation within 7 days of the arrival date.

The structure reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card transmitted as a guarantee by pre-authorising the amount of the total stay. The transaction constitutes the temporary block of the amount.

In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation beyond the time provided for by the policy or in case of no-show there is a penalty equal to the first night of stay.

On the day of arrival at the apartment, the structure processes the actual charge of the total overnight stay and the tourist tax provided by the municipality of destination, if in force and, pre-authorise the credit card for the amount of the security deposit of € 300.00* - **

- The PRE-PAID RATE - NON-REFUNDABLE includes the charge equal to the total of the stay, at the time of booking.

The reservation is non-changeable, cancellable and refundable.

The penalty provided for in the above cases or in case of no-show is equal to 100% of the amount paid.

On the day of arrival at the apartment the property will process a pre-authorisation on the credit card for the amount of the security deposit of € 300.00* - **. This transaction constitutes a temporary block on the credit card. On the day of arrival at the structure, the tourist tax provided for by the municipality of destination is also charged, if in force.

- For LONG-TERM STAYS, the signing of a claim is required stating the conditions defined at the time of the offer of the stay and the balance of the first month of stay plus the security deposit of € 3,000.

In case of cancellation of the stay, there is no refund of the first monthly payment paid.

Subsequent monthly payments will be paid in advance.

The terms of the negotiation shall be deemed to be extended by tacit renewal for the subsequent period of 28 days from the scheduled departure date. In the 28 days prior to that date, the actual date of departure must be notified in writing. The payment of the tourist tax is provided for the first 14 days of stay and is € 4.5 per day per person.

*The lump-sum amount required as a security deposit is to cover any damage caused in the apartment. The actual status of the property will be checked at the departure. Subsequent communication of the quantification of the headcount, any damage will follow.

** A larger security deposit may be required for some apartments.
